Description: Libra, an assassin and thief in nature possesses a cunning a deceitful appearance. Although his armor is made purely of hide he incorporates tattered robes and clothes into his appearance to create a veil of deception in order to hide his true identity and appearance. This starts with the placement of a dark blue cowl placed on his face and a mouth covering made from the same inexpensive cloth as the cowl. After that he incorporated pieces of a robe and in-stitched the robe into the cowl to create a cloak like clothing. He then places a small unhindered chest piece made entirely of hide and hide straps from the pelt of a white bear. Once one peers upon his entire body they will notice pieces of this same hide armor are placed throughout his body covering most vital areas with some type of armor.
Personality
Description: Libra is a very balanced individual, for he has learned to avoid mental conflict by setting his emotions aside from the betterment of his survival; however, he has shown to lose control of his emotions and actually show remorse, regret, and kindness for others. This is his weakness, but he often represents a facade that is shown in kind - hearted notions and a compelling persuasiveness. In accordance to his past dealings with the Imperial Legion he served a loyal guard's son, until the incident with the Dark Elves pushing the Imperials from their homeland, he acted as a law abiding citizen while in secrecy he chose to have dealings with the Dark Brotherhood in order to rid his superiors from their ranks. This is the true nature of this man; dark, power - lusting, and emotionless.
History
Libra, Lucan Valleius, was born into a Imperial household within Morrowind and as was custom for his family he was trained in the arts of fighting; however, it was apparent at a young age that he had an odd cunning and dark side to his calm nature. His father, Seguri Valleius, was a Captain of the last remnants of the Imperial Guard allowed to live for their outstanding service to the Tribunal of Morrowind; however, after years of service the genocide extended even to their doorstep forcing a young Libra ( 15 ) into hiding with his father. It was only a matter of time before the hatred that swelled deep in his inner conscious caused the boy to snap. At the age of only 16 young Libra murdered his own father in cold blood and used his body to do the black sacrement hoping for the Dark Brotherhood to answer his call to kill the leader of the Tribunal
